Random Rectangular Cropped Building Stone

Stone is split and cropped into random rectangular building stone

Produced from stone which is split and cropped into random rectangular lengths. This proven product is a popular choice with building contractors.

Sawn & Split Building Stone

Sawn stone is cropped to create a split face.

Sawn on four sides and with a split face and back this building stone is easy to lay with regular joints widths. It is available in thicknesses to suit your requirements.

Sawn & Dressed Pitched Face Building Stone

Sawn stone is hand-dressed to produce a traditional surface finish.

The face of the stone is hand-dressed to provide the popular surface finish seen on many buildings across South Wales and the South West of England. Perfect for those wishing to create a traditional exterior. Ideal building stone for use in a conservation area.

Installation & Care

Easy to lay with consistent joint widths; the module sizes are based on a 10mm joint width. While our building stone normally requires a backing block our sawn and dressed pitched face product can be built to suit a traditional cavity construction.

Ashlar

Block stone sawn on all six faces.

This modular product is sawn on all six faces creating a flat, uniform ashlar. It has been used to create sympathetic and cohesive structures in some of the UK’s most extraordinary settings including Cardiff Castle, the historic Monmouthshire town of Chepstow and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, The Malvern Hills.
